Employment & Labour Law
Pursuant to the Employment Standards Act, employees have the right to file a formal complaint or application against their employer for the following violations:
Wrongful Termination: If an employee was dismissed without just cause or proper notice as stipulated by the Act.
Retaliation for Exercising Employee Rights: An employer cannot take adverse action against an employee for advocating for their rights under employment laws.
Hazardous or Unsafe Working Conditions: Employers must maintain a workplace free from recognized hazards that could cause serious physical harm.

Triple A Legal Services offers limited services in Family Law. Due to our constraints in providing representation in certain areas of the Alberta Court of Justice, we cannot represent either party in Family Law matters.
